Version 2026-08-14. Please read these terms before using EVTOW UK.
1. Membership
EVTOW UK is a members-only service. You must register with a valid email address, keep your login details secure, and are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts may be suspended for abuse, spam or repeated inaccurate submissions.
2. Guidance only — you remain responsible
Charging site details, tow-access categories, towing range estimates, charging times and route plans are estimates compiled from public feeds and community reports. They are not a guarantee of access, availability, clearance, weight limits or vehicle performance. Always check signage, headroom, gradients and site rules on arrival, and drive within the law and your outfit's limits.
3. Community contributions
When you submit a site, report or photo you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you own the rights to any image you upload. You grant EVTOW UK a non-exclusive licence to display and moderate that content. We may edit, reclassify or remove submissions.
4. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell or bulk-export the data, submit false or commercial-promotional content, upload images of identifiable people without consent, or attempt to interfere with the service or other members' accounts.
5. Third-party data and services
Site data may originate from network operators and open datasets including Instavolt, Ionity, Tesla, Osprey, Open Charge Map, the National Chargepoint Registry and caravanfriendlychargers.org.uk. Mapping and routing use third-party providers. Their availability and accuracy are outside our control.
6. Your data
We store your account, vehicle and caravan profiles, saved routes and submissions in order to run the service. You can delete your saved data at any time from your garage, or ask us to remove your account.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EVTOW UK is not liable for any loss, damage, delay, charging cost or vehicle or caravan damage arising from reliance on the information provided. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. When they change materially, you will be asked to accept the new version the next time you sign in.
